In many cases, pickup is not possible if the dumpster is blocked by an obstacle or the service area is inaccessible. Our drivers have a tight schedule and are not able to wait for an extended period of time, as it impacts the entire route. We always attempt to contact you before the driver leaves. Please note, in some cases, a small fee may be required to schedule an additional pickup.
